Colorado Releases State Plan for FY 10-13

The "State Plan for Prevention, Intervention and Treatment Services for Children and Youth" was
created by a diverse stakeholder body led by the Colorado Prevention Leadership Council. The primary goal of the plan is to improve the health and well being of Colorado's children. By coordinating programs across state departments, the state can ensure that programs for young people are responsive to the needs of communities.
