This report details the goals, strategies and action steps that members of the Leadership in Action Program (LAP) have determined as most critical to the long-term achievement of the result that all of Maryland’s children will enter school ready to learn. This Action Agenda is the result of lengthy deliberations and review of evidence-based proven practices by the LAP members.
