Tom Devaney

Tom previously served as managing director of the David P. Weikart Center for Youth Program Quality, a division of the Forum. He came to Weikart in in 2008 after serving in management-level positions in commercial research and software development.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Chicago and has completed graduate coursework in Michigan State University’s Educational Policy Ph.D. program.
